OLZO NOTE does not support direct phone call recording. Our focus is on providing users with a high-quality, affordable offline recording experience. If you would like to record a phone call, you can turn on your phone's speaker and use OLZO NOTE to record the audio externally.

Does OLZO NOTE support Wi-Fi transfer?

To purchase Extra Minutes:

Whether you create a summary for the first time or use the re-summary feature, OLZO needs to process the transcript to generate a structured summary. This process uses LLM tokens, so minutes are applied each time a summary is generated.

OLZO includes 1,200 free minutes per month per device, which is intended to comfortably support typical monthly usage frequency for high-quality summaries. If you would like to further refine or summarize your notes without consuming additional OLZO minutes, you can import your notes to Notion with one click and use the AI features in Notion or another note-taking app.

Where is my recording data stored?

"Reset" restores the device settings to factory defaults. It does not affect existing files on the device or any information in the app, such as files.

"Unbind and Erase" restores the device settings to factory defaults and clears all file content on the device. This permanently removes the device from your account, and you will no longer be able to use the associated OLZO Minutes. Proceed with caution.

What is Mic Gain and how do I adjust it?

Mic Gain controls the microphone sensitivity. Setting it too high can cause distorted audio, while setting it too low can make recordings too quiet. The adjustable range is 0–30 dB.
